I had such a wonderful experience at this Boost Mobile store, especially because of the young lady who helped me get my new phone. She was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m not very good with technology, so having someone who took the time to explain everything to me without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable meant a lot. She made sure I understood what I was getting, helped me choose the right option, and made sure everything was done correctly. What really stood out to me was how she treated everyone in the store. Whether someone was there to pay a phone bill, purchase a phone, or needed help with something else, she made sure everyone received the attention and assistance they needed. Because of the way I was treated, I honestly want to keep coming back to this store. She made the whole experience so positive and stress-free that I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service. She is truly an asset to the store!
