2/28 I stopped by this store needing help with technical issues ( user issues) and GIAN was AMAZING!!! Helped me with my issue, allowed me to cry ( just lost my son who would have helped me) and he listened to me. ONE of the most patient, gentle customer service representative i have EVER engaged with! I could go on and on about this remarkable man!!
