When I got my first phone it was compromised . I've had a few problems with this company since changing from Metro but I'm good. I want to extend my hand and give a five-star rating to Linda she's actually the only employee I've ever seen in the store she's always here when I come. Every problem I've had she has solved she's very understanding she's very polite she doesn't just say can't help you sorry. She is bomb diggity with customer relations she's also a phenomenal sales person I understand she is a manager. I think recognition of this sort needs to be addressed. I myself working the auto field and have for 30 years also do customer relations. This is a must have experience position. To be able to take a customers verbiage or any anger issues they may have and still smile and be kind and polite is astounding. I want to say that she aka Linda at boost Mobile Tripp road location Mesquite Tx is THE ONE TO SEE with your new choice! Whether it be a new phone or new service thank you for all your hard work and your kindness I owe you lunch woman.
