I was so distraught that I can't remember the girl who helped me today 11/30, but I just wanted to say she was so amazing. She went above and beyond for me when my world was crashing. She tried so hard to fix my issue but in the end nothing was fixed. You were so sweet and so helpful you are the best at what you do and deserve a raise and a promotion. I can't thank you enough for you kindness today.
As for the boost mobile customer service that you call for help you are a joke and should get more training to actual help your customers. You blocked me from getting into my account but you sure let the people who hacked into my phone change my code, my security answers, have access to my bank, access to all my contacts on my phone, access to my email. I'm unable to verify anything because all my passwords and security answers are no longer the same. The damage done today has affected every aspect of my life and will take years to fix.
