Gigi clearly knows his stuff and runs a solid operation you can tell he is a strong, knowledgeable manager who leads by example, especially in the way he was training Sharon which says a lot about the environment they are building there. Sharon, even as one of the newer team members, had great customer service very kind, soft spoken, and already great at building rapport you can tell she is eager to learn and willing to find answers when needed which makes you feel taken care of. Aaliyah made a big impact too she was welcoming, had great energy, and helped me transition from Android to iPhone without making me feel lost or out of place she explained everything clearly and made the process smooth. I stay busy and make a lot of calls daily so I appreciated how they respected my time and got straight to what mattered while still delivering great service overall a strong, efficient, and professional sales team that I would confidently recommend.
