John up and boost mobile was very kind and patient and took the time to guide me through step by step to help solve my phone issue! I called three times and he was professional and patient and super friendly all three times. And this is 45 min before close so I really appreciate the kind staff and for helping me with my issue. Jon was extremely professional and proficient! I had a less than stellar experience at the other location, which is 3 blocks from my house. While the young lady there was nice, I waited 17 minutes for her to return to the store, and then another 10 minutes while she attempted to reach her supervisor to answer questions in order to assist me. She asked if I could return later, as she was not getting a reply from her supervisor. So, I drove to the Southwest Parkway location, and Jon proved to be knowledgeable and aware of my need for expediency. It was a breath of fresh air!! Thank you, Jon!!
