HELLO I am a customer that has a complaint that I have several times found my accounts on my phone have been hacked and pass words deleeted privacy information hacked and also a familly account attached through Google email and google account and Samsung similar accounts parental safe search accounts (I have apparently got some one claiming they are my family or child as a means to hack and create fraudulant accounts on my device these accounts are.these hackers are attached to a someone named David and he s Apparently ,useing my accounts ,my name is Scott Burkman and I am the sole and only person that should be attached to my phone account and my Artworks ect. intellectual prouperty works of art original a photo app gallery and google photos Samsung i cloud back ups and Google cloud all have been hacked and so your security apps are not working on my phone they are invasive and harrasing me electronicly through your phone service and I pay my bill every month I my banking my ,medical and other protected records other accounts of this type now I am trying to get you to deal with these people that violating my privacy and you have policy to protect your real custumers with please I want it to be looked into and dealt with I also have had a Linux computer that they use to hack with listed as my device this is not my Linux computer , ab my phone and other devices attached to mine re stolen pictures of my artwork and other legal notes folders for privacy invasion claim that I will give to my attourny and or attournys as a means and recourse to protect my right to have private protected info and not have my phone utilized to harrass me and steal my art and banking info through is hurtful and and my signed pieces of art all though they are digital and they are mine and Google privacy and Samsung privacy policy and help for these typesof things I have utilized so my art works and other notes for my Privacy law future claim and these invassions through my boost phone account ,and my gmail accounts and boost apps,Samsung email and apple care are now not a secure way for me to utilize and feel the confidence I used to with boost as my phone service provider that I used to believe in ,that's why I went to boost in the first place
