My oh my, where do I start!!! I will start by saying the University location in Green Bay is HANDS DOWN the BEST LOCATION I've ever visited..Not to mention, I've been to Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Appleton etc etc and there is no one that provides better customer service than Omar and Joel on UNIVERSITY. They are very honest and knowledgeable about the services, phones, coupons etc.Very respectful and professional men. I drive over 30 minutes to purchase new phones etc because I know when I visit I'll receive the best customer service ever. Not to mention, when I call over the phone they always solve any issue I have. The managers should be extremely proud of these two men. Amazing is an understatement!! If you're a middle-aged person who didn't grow up with tech but has had to learn it as you go, and if you dread getting a new phone because of the hassle, go to this place and find a young man named Joel R. He'll get you situated. For once I didn't feel like I was being up-sold to something I didn't need from a cell-phone store. I kinda knew what I wanted and I walked out with that. Even after some technical difficulties (I'm sure they were my own fault), he sent me home with his card and told me to call if I can't get things situated, which I was able to do with the guidance he provided. Great experience in a situation where I was dreading the process. This will be my store from now on. View on Google

I need to talk about Joel. Walking into a mobile store is usually about as fun as watching paint dry, but Joel turned it into a masterclass in customer service. This man is so incredibly intelligent, knowledgeable, and downright fantastic that I’m pretty sure he knows more about tech than the people who invented phones. He didn't just help us; he saved our sanity. He solved our problems effortlessly and with a level of brilliance that honestly makes you wonder why he isn’t running the entire corporate office. To the upper management at Boost Mobile: Give Joel a $1,000 raise immediately. Seriously. Protect this man at all costs. If you lose him, the collective IQ of this company drops significantly. He is an absolute rockstar and you are incredibly lucky to have him representing your brand! View on Google
