Report Unwanted Text Messages
Spam messages are annoying, and can be fraudulent or illegal. Boost Mobile works to prevent spam, robotext, and other unwanted messages from reaching you.
To report fraudulent and spam text messages, you may fill out the form below or you may:
- Message the spam number “XXX-XXX-XXXX” to 7726.
- Email the spam number to roboblocking@boostmobile.com with relevant details.
To block outbound messages from your own number, please call Customer Care at 833-50-BOOST.
If you believe your number has been blocked in error, please email “roboblocking@boostmobile.com” from your registered email address with details and any evidence you may have that your number was blocked erroneously.
