Hi, {Username}
BoostUP! is an affordable way for our customers to pay for their phone over time by purchasing an eligible phone with a variable down payment, depending on the phone selected, and agreeing to monthly installment payments for the device. It’s included in your monthly bill, so you don’t have to make a separate payment. After 18 payments, you’re able to unlock your device.
Please note that beginning 10/01/2022, new BoostUp! installment agreements will no longer be available.
View a summary of your agreement by signing into My Account. Go to Extras and click Browse All Extras. Go to the View my active extras link at the bottom of the page. Expand the BoostUP! Installment billing menu. Click View details to see a summary of your agreement or click Download PDF to get a copy of your full agreement.
Each account may only have one installment agreement at any given time.
The return and exchange policy is the same as paying the full retail price upfront. We currently have a 7-day return and exchange period.
Yes. In fact, it’s highly recommended so that an installment agreement isn’t outstanding against a lost or broken phone. You’re responsible for the remainder of the unpaid balance regardless of the operability of the phone or if it’s lost.
You’ll pay the same amount monthly except for the final payment. The balance will be due with the final payment.
Yes, you can pay more than your scheduled monthly installment agreement payment. Any advanced payments would be put towards the final payments of the installment agreement period. Any extra payments made may end the agreement sooner, but the next installment payment is still due at its normal time. Advanced payments won’t lower the monthly payment. You must call Boost Mobile Customer Care at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678) to make additional payments.
If your line is suspended under our current Deployed Military Program, your installment agreement payments will also suspend and your payments and service will resume upon your return from military service.
Each month on your due date, both the recurring monthly charge and the installment payment is due. If funds aren’t available to cover both charges, your service will be interrupted.
If you’re on an installment agreement and cancel service before completing payments on your phone, the remaining unpaid balance on the phone will be due immediately.
Once you enter a BoostUP! installment agreement, it must be paid back in full to complete and close the agreement. If you want to purchase a new phone, the new phone must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. The existing installment agreement remains active and monthly payments are still due.
Once a BoostUP! installment agreement is established, it cannot be changed or transferred, and must be paid in full to close it.
No, your installment agreement terms remain the same.
