Being enrolled in AutoPay means that you'll never have to worry about missing a payment again. Your monthly service charge will process automatically to the payment method you select on your due date each month.
Log in to your account on boostmobile.com. Go to Settings and click the Payment Method tab. Use the radio buttons to select your default payment method. You’ll get a pop-up asking you to confirm your enrollment in AutoPay. Click Enable AutoPay to complete your enrollment.
Go to My Account and tap My Payment. Tap the Enable AutoPay toggle. You’ll get a pop-up asking you to confirm your enrollment in AutoPay. Click Enable AutoPay to complete your enrollment.
You can remove AutoPay at any time in the BoostOne app or by chatting with us or calling 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678).
If you’re getting an AutoPay discount and you remove AutoPay, you’ll lose your discount.
Go to My Account and tap My Payment. Tap Payment where it displays your current default payment method. Tap the AutoPay toggle. You’ll get a pop-up to confirm your choice. Tap Disable to turn off AutoPay.
We recommend disabling AutoPay at least one day before your normal AutoPay payment date. You can find your next AutoPay date by going to My Account and selecting My Payment.
Click Submit Payment to process your payment. You’ll get a message that your payment was made successfully on the following screen.
