Managing Your Profile




How do I log in to my account? 

You can log in to your account in the BoostOne app and on the web using either your phone number or your email address. 

Where can I update my personal information?

Visit My Boost to update your address, payment, and other profile information.

What if I forgot my password?

If you enter an incorrect password five times online, your account will be locked. Please allow at least three hours before attempting to reset your password.

Online

  1. Visit the login page.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to reset your password.
  4. You'll receive a one-time verification code via the same method you entered on the login page (either an email from Dish Wireless or or a text message if you used your phone number).

On the App

  1. If you are already logged in, log out of your BoostOne app.
  2. You will be brought to the login page.
  3. Tap Forgot Password.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to reset your password.
  5. You'll receive a one-time verification code via the same method you entered on the login page (either an email from Dish Wireless or or a text message if you used your phone number).
