Finish Activating Your iPhone

In order to start using all functions of your newly activated iPhone with Boost, you’ll need to follow a few additional steps:

Step 1. Check your iOS version.

Open your Settings app
Go to General , and select Software Update.
Choose the option to update to iOS 15.2 or later. This is the minimum iOS version needed to work properly on the Boost Mobile network.
Reset your network settings.
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Step 2. Return to the General page.

Step 3. Go to About. A pop-up will appear (it may take up to 30 seconds).

Step 4. Verify that the Carrier is at least Boost 49.1, and click Update.

If you brought your own device to Boost Mobile:

Open your Settings app
Go to General , and choose VPN & Device Management.
Go to Boost Mobile BYOD and choose remove.
Make sure the carrier is set to at least Boost Mobile 49.1.
Reset your network settings.
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings
