The BoostOne app lets you manage your account, make payments, and check your usage, but it goes beyond simple account management. BoostOne gives Boost Mobile customers 100% free wireless service and access to deals from local and national merchants.
You can earn free wireless by collecting Boostcoin™ for:
Redeem Boostcoin as credits toward your Boost Mobile phone bill and spend your hard-earned money on something else (like discounted food from one of our partners).
New Boost Mobile customers and existing Boost Mobile customers that have been moved over to our new platform will be able to use the BoostOne app.
To see if you're eligible, try logging into your account at my.boostmobile.com/myaccount. If you can log in, you’re ready to go! If you can’t login, your account is not yet supported. You can still use your My Boost Mobile app until you're moved over.
You can download the app in either the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store.
After downloading the app, you'll be prompted to enter your Boost Mobile phone number or email address and the password created at account activation.
If you need to change your password, log in using your email address or phone number and tap Forgot Password? on the login screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
Go to My Account in your BoostOne app, click Settings
and select Privacy Policy or Terms & Conditions.
