Click the home icon on the bottom of the BoostOne app and you'll go to the Earn section of the app. Here, you can watch videos or browse offers. Click on any Earn offer that interests you to gain Boostcoin, which can be used as payment credits on your Boost Mobile bill.
You can earn Boostcoin by completing Earn actions like:
There is no limit on the amount of Boostcoin you can earn.
Each Boostcoin is worth $0.01 when redeemed towards your Boost Mobile bill. Boostcoin has no retail value.
You can use earned Boostcoin toward service credit on your Boost Mobile bill.
If your service is interrupted due to non-payment or is suspended for any reason, you won’t be able to apply Boostcoin or credits earned in the BoostOne app to your account. Contact Boost Mobile Customer Care at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678) from 4 a.m.–8 p.m. PT Mon–Fri or 4 a.m.–7 p.m. PT Sat–Sun to reactivate your account.
You must make a payment to return your account to an active status before you can apply Boostcoin toward your next bill. You must have an active account to use offers or earn Boostcoin in the app.
There are three ways to view your earned Boostcoin:
On the Homescreen
You’ll see your total earned Boostcoin when you open the BoostOne app. Click your earnings and slide the bar along the bottom of the following screen to redeem your Boostcoin.
You can also go to My Account and check the tile along the top to view your total amount of Boostcoin earned. Click Redeem Now to be brought to the Boostcoin redemption page. Slide the bar along the bottom to redeem your bill credit.
You can see your Earn History by going to My Account and clicking Settings in the upper right corner. Tap Earn Summary to see a list of all your Earn actions with the date and status of each. You’ll also see redemption credit amounts and dates.
No matter where you redeem, you’ll see a success message letting you know your account will be credited within the next 24 hours.
Note: You must have at least $2.00 in Boostcoin to redeem a bill credit.
Every Earn action will have one of the following statuses:
Earned Boostcoin credits are applied to your account balance immediately upon redemption. You’ll see your payment amount due updated in the app right away.

It can take up to 48 hours for completed Earn actions to be verified and reflected in your Boostcoin total.
Our third party partners manage Earn activities. They can address any questions or concerns.
From the BoostOne Home tab, tap Complete Offers to go to the offers page. Tap the three lines in the upper left corner.
To see the status of a reward. tap Reward Status. You'll see your ongoing, rewarded, and expired offers. Tap an offer under any status to see the details of your reward. If you need help with an offer, tap the Contact Support button to open the TapJoy Offerwall Support chat.
If you’re missing coins applied to your account, review the TapJoy FAQs and scroll down to All Questions and choose Denial Reasons Explained or Missing Rewards from the dropdown menu.
Earned Boostcoin is good for as long as you’re a Boost Mobile customer.
