An account PIN is a unique 4-digit security code that you create to protect your account information and to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
You can have your account PIN sent to your Boost Mobile phone via a text message when using the automated phone system.
NOTE: Your account must be active in order to receive text messages.
If you cannot remember your account PIN, dial #ADD (#233) from your Boost® phone to make a payment. You will not need your account PIN using this method.

You can lock your phone by going to 'Settings’ then 'Security’. From there you can lock the entire phone or individually lock the keypad, SIM or GPS functions. Consult you phone's user guide for details.
