What is the $4 payment charge?

Boost Mobile provides our customers with a variety of ways to Re-Boost for free, but if you need help with getting your payment made, we’re here to help! We know you want the best value in wireless so to try to give you that value, we’ll charge you a small $4 payment charge when you need us to help.


When can I expect to see the $4 payment charge?

When you choose to get help with your payments in a Boost Mobile store or when speaking to a Care agent, we’ll add the $4 payment charge automatically.


Do I always pay the payment charge?

Also, there is not a payment charge in a Boost Mobile store when you:

  • Pay your first activation payment on an account
  • Pay on a Boost Daily Unlimited or Pay-As-You-Go plans
  • Pay for an Add-On, like an international minute pack, before your monthly payment date
