What is the new $80/mo. Ultimate Unlimited plan?

  • Everything that matters is in the $80/mo. Ultimate Unlimited plan. Available for a limited time and includes:

    • International Connect PLUS: Unlimited landline calls to 70+ countries & 200 mobile minutes to 50+ countries, plus unlimited international text.
    • Tidal Premium: Exclusive music, videos and curated content.
    • Priority Customer Care: The ability to speak to an elite live agent.
    • Taxes & fees included (the total sales price includes the charge for services, taxes & fees).

* Mobile Hotspot Usage: Using your smartphone to:


  • Share your phone’s wireless connection as a Wi-Fi hotspot with other users;
  • Connect a device (such as a laptop or tablet) to the Internet either via Wi-Fi, or a physical connection (such as a USB cable), or an app that enables mobile hotspot service without the purchase of a hotspot plan (i.e., “tethering”);
  • Distribute and share media files (such as books, music and games) with others (i.e., peer-to-peer (P2P) networking technology); and/or
  • Connect to a Virtual Private Network (VPN); will draw from your plan’s Mobile Hotspot allocation.

Can the new $80/mo. Ultimate Unlimited plan be turned into a Family Plan?

  • Yes! This offer can be turned into a Family Plan with all lines having the same features (HD Video and 50GB Mobile Hotspot*), add-a-line for only $60/mo./line.

  • In addition, this offer can also be turned into a Family Plan with the current $50 Unlimited Gigs monthly plan, add-a-line for only $30/line/mo. and you can add-a-line on the $60 Boost® Unlimited Plus monthly plan for just $40/mo./line That’s a cost savings of $20 per added line, regardless of whether the added line is on the Ultimate Unlimited, Boost® Unlimited Plus or the Unlimited Gigs plan.

  • Note: Lines 2-5 do not need to all be on the same plan, but must be on either the $80 Ultimate Unlimited plan, $60 Boost® Unlimited Plus, or the $50 Unlimited Gigs plan. Also, if you mix and match your family, the plan features are not the same on all lines.

Can I add a $35 line to an $80/mo. Ultimate Unlimited Primary line?

  • No. The only applicable mix and match offers with the Ultimate Unlimited plan include the $60/mo. Boost® Unlimited Plus plan, or on the $50/mo. Unlimited Gigs plan.

How long will the $80/mo. Ultimate Unlimited plan be available for?

  • Although our current plans and offers can change at any time, the $80/mo. Ultimate Unlimited plan is a limited time promotion that is currently set to expire on 8/31/2018.

Can I remain on the $80/mo. Ultimate Unlimited plan after the promotional period is over?

  • Yes, you can stay on the plan so long as you keep your account active by continuing to pay your monthly charge and do not change plans. If you change to a different plan after the promotional period has ended, you will not be able to switch back to the $80/mo. Ultimate Unlimited plan.

How do I start my TIDAL Premium subscription once I’ve signed up on the $80 Ultimate Unlimited plan?

  • After activing on the $80 Ultimate Unlimited Plan, you will receive a text message that will instruct you to download the TIDAL app and will direct you to a TIDAL page to create a TIDAL account which is necessary to access the TIDAL service. You will be asked to set up your TIDAL account and accept the terms and conditions. Once those steps are complete, you’re all set.
  • If you have already installed the TIDAL app on your phone and sign up for the $80 Ultimate Unlimited plan, a screen will be displayed when you open the TIDAL app welcoming you to the free TIDAL service included in your new Boost Mobile Ultimate Unlimited plan and asking you to accept the terms & conditions. Once you accept the terms and conditions, you’re all set.

What if I already have the TIDAL Premium subscription?

  • If you are a new Boost customer on the Ultimate Unlimited plan and already have the TIDAL app installed on your phone, a screen will be displayed when you open the TIDAL app welcoming you to the free TIDAL service included in your new Boost Mobile Ultimate Unlimited plan and asking you to accept the terms & conditions. Once you accept the terms and conditions, you’re all set.

  • If you are an existing customer and already use the TIDAL paid service, once you change your plan to the $80 Ultimate Unlimited plan you will no longer be charged. A screen will be displayed when you open the TIDAL app welcoming you to the free TIDAL service included in your new Boost Mobile Ultimate Unlimited plan and asking you to accept the terms & conditions. Once you accept the terms and conditions, you’re all set.
