The Boost Mobile Premier program is no longer available to new customers. Existing customers currently enrolled in the program are grandfathered.
Your monthly payments are still due on the same day at the beginning of each month. If something happens and you can’t make your payment on time, the program provides an additional 14 days to pay. If you are unable to make your payment within the additional 14 days, your service will be interrupted.
Here’s an example of how the Payment Grace Period works:
Let’s say your monthly payment is due on July 31 and your new month of service begins on August 1.
If you do not make a payment before your Grace Period end date your service will be interrupted. You will need to make a payment to resume service. Upon making your payment to resume service, your new payment due date will reset to the calendar day payment was made minus 14 days.
We'll charge your Auto Payment method for the full month of service plus any applicable taxes and surcharges on your Grace Period end date.
For example, let’s say your monthly payment is due on July 31 and your new month of service begins on August 1. Your credit/debit card will be charged on your grace period end date, which is 14 days from your original monthly payment date.
Yes, you can change plans to another single line monthly plan when enrolled in this program. But you may have to make a payment with your plan change. And the 14 Day Grace Period may not apply to your first monthly payment with the new monthly plan.
Yes, you will receive payment reminders in the Boost Mobile Premier program
You will still receive the standard payment reminder SMS. This will be sent to you before your monthly due date, and before your Grace Period end date. You will also receive new payment reminders via email that will include both your monthly due date and the Grace Period end date. These will also be sent to you before your monthly due date, and before your Grace Period end date.
Family Plans are not eligible for the 14 Day Payment Grace Period. So if you would like to switch to a Family Plan, you will need to cancel your Payment Grace Period benefit. To cancel, please dial 611 from your Boost Mobile phone or dial 1-833-502-6678 for assistance.
Daily Unlimited Plans are not eligible for the 14 Day Payment Grace Period. If you switch to a Daily Unlimited Plan, you will lose the Grace Period benefit and be unable to re-enroll.
Offer excluded in Florida and Illinois. Offer available only on single line monthly unlimited recurring plans (excludes Daily, Pay As You Go and Family plans). Program includes a 14-Day payment “Grace Period”. Grace Period: Customer’s payment due date does not change, but customer can opt in to receive an additional 14 days each month to pay for recurring service and add-on charges only (“Grace Period”). Must meet certain eligibility requirements. Standard payment terms and conditions still apply and customer will be suspended on or after the Grace Period if a payment is not made. Funds must be added to the account for other real-time purchases (e.g., games, international calls, etc.). Customer will have a payment Grace Period each month unless they elect to convert back to the standard prepaid payment model or if Boost terminates customer’s enrollment (detailed below). If customer does not make payment within their Grace Period, their services will be interrupted; repeated service interruptions may result in customer’s termination from the program. Upon payment to resume services, customer’s payment due date will reset to the calendar date payment was made minus 14 days.
