Boost Mobile customers can choose between multiple plans that offer a variety of benefits, giving more of what you need and less of what you don’t. Find all the available plans.
With a plan that has a set amount of data per month, you can only use up to that much data each month. Once you’ve used that up, you won’t be able to use data on your phone for things like surfing the web or sending multimedia messages (MMS).
With an unlimited plan, you never have to worry about running out of data. If you use all your high-speed data for a month, you’ll experience slower speeds, but you’ll always be able to use data services.
You need a 5G capable device and to be in an area where 5G service is available in order to take advantage of 5G speeds. If your phone isn’t capable of 5G or you’re in an area without 5G service, you still get 4G speeds.
If you’ve used all your data for the month and need more, you can purchase a data pack. Learn more about data packs or log in to your account to purchase a data pack.
If you purchase a multi-month plan from a retail location you won’t have to worry about making payments each month for the duration of the plan.
A mobile hotspot provides data connectivity to other internet-capable devices. Use the Hotspot Data Extra to use your phone to connect your other devices. If you use your phone as a hotspot, it'll pull from your total high-speed data allotment.
You can see your data usage in the BoostOne app or on the website. You can see how much mobile and hotspot data you’ve used.
In the BoostOne app: Go to My Account and click on My Usage.
On the web: Log into your account Dashboard and scroll down to Data Usage. If you need more data, you can click on Add More Data to view one-time and recurring data pack options for your account.
With Todo Mexico, Boost Mobile offers unlimited calls to and from anywhere in the US (including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) and Mexico and up to 5GB of data roaming in Mexico. Learn more about Todo Mexico.
Your service will be interrupted until you make a payment. You’ll still be able to call Boost Mobile Customer Care at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678) to make your paymnet or make changes to your plan.
When you make a payment to restore services, your monthly payment date will move to one day before the date your service was restored. For example, if your service is restored on the 15th, your payment due date will be the 14th of the following month.
You have 60 days to resume service by paying your monthly payment in full, including any Extras you have on your account, or your account will be canceled and you’ll lose any funds in your account balance, any earned Boostcoin, and your phone number. You may be able to change your plan and Extras to reactivate your account at a lower cost.
