How to Change Your Family Plan


Changing your Family Plan for the entire family group

The Primary account holder must login to MyAccount and select Change Plans or Add Ons to perform a price plan change. Be sure to select the “With Next Change” option on the next screen before clicking Go. After the price plan change is scheduled, each member of the family will need to do the same thing; login to MyAccount and change their current plan to match the same offer the Primary selected and choose the “With Next Change” option.
Note: Your service will remain uninterrupted until the next month's payment date. The change will take effect on your next month’s payment date.

Important Money Saving Considerations before you switch your Family Plan:

  • The $5 Auto Re-Boost Discount is not offered with new plans after 8/22/17.
  • Some of our Boost plans are grandfathered, which means once you change your plan you won't be able to get it back.
  • If you're on a Promotional Family Plan and you brought your phone number to Boost from another carrier, you may need to call Boost Customer Service to switch plans.

Change your Family Plan in 2 Steps:

STEP 1: Login to Boost MyAccount to schedule a Price Plan Change for the Primary line
STEP 2: Tell each Family Member to login to Boost MyAccount and schedule their plan to match the new plan of the Primary. *Be sure there's sufficient funds in the Primary holder's account balance to cover the monthly cost for each line plus any additional add-on services they have on their account.

PART 1: Change the Primary's Plan

  1. Login to MyAccount and choose Change Plan or Add-Ons
  2. Select the With Next Change radio button and click Go. This will optimize your current payment and change your price plan on your next month’s payment date.

  3. Next, click the arrow to expand additional family plan options.

  4. Now choose your desired plan and select “Add to Cart”
  5. Choose Submit for Review, then agree to the Terms and Conditions on the next screen and click Submit

PART 2: Tell your Family Members to Change their Plan

  1. Each Family member must login to MyAccount and under the Family Plans section select Continue
  2. Select the With Next Change radio button and click Go.

  3. Next, click the arrow to expand additional family plan options.

  4. Select the same offer the Primary selected in Step 1 and click "Add to Cart"
  5. Review your change, make sure the selected plan is the same as the Primary and the With Next Change radio button is selected. Then click "Submit for Review," agree to the Terms and Conditions on the next screen and click Submit.
