How do I subscribe to Mini-Me Videos?

  • Customer has two ways to subscribe.
    1. Customer accesses from their mobile browser while on the Boost network
      • The customer is presented with the Mini-Me Videos landing page.
      • The customer click on the Menu button top right and selects “Subscription”, and follows the steps on the following screens- see screenshots below:
        • Click - I want to subscribe
        • Click – Check box which highlights the Purchase button
        • Click – Purchase button
        • The next page will show you have successfully subscribed

How much does Mini-Me Videos cost?

  • $5/month – recurring billing
  • Mini-Me Videos subscription is managed like all other premium content.

What are the different types of SMS the customer will receive from Boost?

  • WELCOME SMS - The customer will receive a purchase confirmation Welcome SMS message upon subscription, which confirms their subscription price of $5/mo and options for them to reach Care and/or cancel their subscription.
  • CANCELLATION SMS - The customer also receives a Cancellation SMS if at any time they choose to cancel their subscription.

Is Mini-Me Videos available on all Boost devices?

  • Yes, it is compatible with all mobile devices.

Is Mini-Me Videos available for all Boost plans?

  • Yes, it is available on all plans.

Can I use Mini-Me Videos on my tablet?

  • Yes, Mini-Me Videos is available for tablets!
  • Customer accesses on their tablet’s browser.
    1. Once they click on a video to play, they will be asked to subscribe to Mini-Me Videos.
    2. The customer is asked to enter their mobile number with Boost,
    3. Mini-Me Videos will send the Boost mobile number a PIN code for the customer to enter on their tablet,
    4. Once the PIN has been confirmed, they are subscribed to the service.

How do I unsubscribe from Mini-Me Videos?

  • There are multiple ways that a customer can unsubscribe from Mini-Me Videos.
    • By replying STOP to 43108
    • Go to My Boost>Account>Manage Plans and Add-Ons on your device or My Account>Manage Add-Ons on
