How do I purchase a subscription to Privacy Premium?

  • Log into My Account > select Dashboard > select Manage Add-ons>select next monthly payment> select Other Offers>select Privacy Premium
  • Via My Boost App > select Account > select Manage plans and add-ons> select Manage add-ons>select change on bill cycle date>select Next>select Others> select Privacy Premium>select Add>select Next>select Submit
  • Once the purchase process is complete:

    1. Check that you have the latest version of Secure Wi-Fi installed (2.66.316).
    2. Check that you have the latest version of Boost Call Screener Premium installed (3.7.0.3202).
    3. Open the Premium Visual Voicemail app on your phone and install the latest version (10.0.0.24).
    4. Keep the Premium Visual Voicemail app open and Reset Voicemail via Settings>Help/Info>Reset
    5. Accept all permissions and terms & conditions within each app.
    6. Choose your app settings and breathe easy — your phone is now safe from intruders.

How do I cancel my Privacy Premium subscription?

  • Log into My Account > select Dashboard > select Manage Add-ons>select Next Monthly Payment>Uncheck Privacy Premium>select Continue>select Confirm Changes
  • Via My Boost App > select Account > select Manage plans and add-ons> select Manage add-ons>select change on bill cycle date>select Next>select Cancel>select Next>select Submit
