Boost Mobile’s Unlimited Plans offer something for everyone. Whether you’re looking for unlimited data, a single-line plan or a family plan.

$50/mo. Unlimited GIGs with Unlimited data, talk & text. Includes mobile-optimized streaming videos, gaming & music (video streams at up to 480p+ resolution, music at up to 500kbps, streaming cloud gaming at up to 2mbps.), plus unlimited 4G LTE for most everything else. Enjoy unlimited talk and text, plus free mobile hotspot*, up to 12GB.

  • Share your phone’s hotspot with other users;

To access the My Boost app, If you have an Apple device, you can download the app from the iTunes store for devices on iOS or higher; if you are on an Android device with 4.4 KitKat, we will send you a notification when the app can be downloaded.

No. The Boost Family Plan allows a customer on the $50/mo. Unlimited GIGs plan to add up to 4 lines to their Primary Line. Lines 2-5 get the benefits of the Unlimited GIGs plan and the monthly charge is also discounted to $30/mo.for each additional line.That’s up to an $80 savings for 5 lines! Once you've registered a credit/debit card on your Boost account, you can set up automatic payments. It's called Auto Re-BoostSM and it's the easiest way for you to keep your service active.

Your monthly payment date is the same day of the month you made your first monthly payment. For example, if you paid your first month of service on February 15, then your monthly payment date is the 15th every month (March 15, April 15, etc.) and remains the same as long as you successfully make your monthly payment, on-time, every month. If your monthly payment date is the 28th, 29th, 30th or 31st of a month then it will always be the same day or the last day of the month.

No, your monthly payment date remains the same every month as long as you successfully make your monthly payment on-time.

We've got your back here! If you miss a payment, we will allow you to receive free domestic calls and SMS (text messages) for 120 days from your last payment due date. Your account cannot be cancelled and you must have paid for at least one month of service in order to receive the free calls and texts. Until you pay for your service, you will not be able to make any outbound calls, texts or use data services. (Learn more here). Your outbound service will be interrupted until you add enough money to your account to cover your monthly payment amount. Once service is restored, your monthly payment date will change to one day prior to the date that service was restored (e.g., if your service is restored on February 15th, your monthly payment date will be reset to March 14th). Restoring service at the end of or on the first of the month (i.e., 30th, 31st or 1st) will result in varied payment dates contingent on the last calendar day of the month.

You have 120 days to resume service by paying your monthly payment in full or your account will be cancelled and you will lose all funds in your account balance and your phone number.

If your account balance reaches zero, but you've already paid your monthly payment amount, you will still be able to use all the unlimited services included in your plan for the remainder of your monthly plan cycle. However, you will not be able to purchase or use additional services (e.g., international calls). Please add extra money to your account to pay for these additional services.

After your applicable monthly plan data allotment is reached, access to data continues but data speeds will be reduced to 2G speeds for remainder of your plan cycle. Speeds will be restored at the beginning of your next monthly plan cycle.

You have options. You can:

  • Wait until your next monthly payment date to get your high-speed data allotment renewed.
  • Purchase a Data Pack to add extra high-speed data to monthly plan. Learn more about Data Packs or visit My Account to purchase.
  • Use the Restart Plan option and make your full monthly payment early to re-enable all your services immediately. Visit My Account to complete.

You can view your data threshold, usage and status in My Account. You will also receive notifications as you get closer to your included data allotment.

Almost all add-ons (e.g., International Connect, International Minute Packs, Phone Insurance, etc.) are available with the Unlimited Plans. The $5 Todo Mexico Plus add-on is available on the Unlimited Plans. For the 3GB of 4G LTE High-Speed Data Plan you can add more 4G LTE data anytime at 1GB for $5/mo. and 3GB for $10/mo. No need to add more data for the $50/mo Unlimited Plan since this plan already offers unlimited 4G LTE data.

You can turn on the functionality by accessing your phone Settings. You can also check your phone's User Guide for specific details and more information.

  • If you’re on $35/mo. Unlimited data, talk & text with 3GB of 4G LTE High-Speed Data plan your hotspot data usage is drawn from your overall data bucket including the 3GB 4GLTE high-speed data. All data usage is throttled to 2G speeds after consumption of the high-speed data allotment. If you want more high-speed data for your own consumption or mobile hotspot you can add more 4G LTE data anytime with 1GB for $5/mo. or 3GB for $10/mo.
  • If you’re on $50/mo. Unlimited GIGs plan, 12GB of hotspot usage is included in the plan but there is no option to buy more hotspot usage.
