I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.

Had texting problems with my phone went in to Covina Boost mobile and the associate Martin put excessive time and effort in helping figure things even until late hours near closing. This type of social responsibility is much appreciated.

Went in to get ACP discount. Martin was my rep and provided A+ customer service. Cool calm and collective, and extremely helpful and professional. I actually saw him get swamped as he was the only employee as multiple customers were in the store seeking service. He handled it like a pro.
