This is the best boost mobile store in the high desert. Both women that work here are the best. If you feel like you did not receive the best care it might have been because you were rude at the establishment. Before you try writing bad reviews take a look at yourself first. View on Google

To Cristina Sanchez That just left a false Review on this Store, i was in the store when all this happened The Represantative Greated Ms Cristina and her Husband as soon as they walked in but Cristina already was having a bad day because Customer service had not helped her in her situation and thats the reason why she came in to get the proper help from the Represantative in the store she knew exactly why her sons service was off but was yelling at the Represantative to to figure out why the service was off So The Representative immediately calmly asked her for the phone number so she can take a look she saw that the Account was suspended so she told Ms Cristina im gonna call customer care and figure this out for you she had customer service on speaker and the reason why the service was interrupted was because Ms Cristina disputed the payment with her bank, Once Cristina heard that she began yelling saying she did that because her payment was taken out without her Authorization which Was not the Represantative’s Fault at all, So The Represantative was trying to explain and help Cristina but she was being so rude yelling at her and demanding her to fix the Account because she claimed to have done a double payment for June as as the Represantative was trying to explain that to customer support Cristina kept yelling over and wouldn’t let The Represantative talk to Support If Cristina would have had a better attitude im sure The Represantative wouldn’t have asked her to leave the store.. Cristina was a Rude Lady that decided to take her anger out at someone that was tying to help her and simply got the boot for being Rude and Offensive she even called her a Fat A** and this store has cameras to Proove it. I hope Cristina has a better day. The Lady there didn’t deserve to be treated the way Cristina Sanchez Spoke to her and treated her when all she was doing was her Job but Rude People like Cristina should not try to get free service from Boost Mobile she owed a payment and all she needed to do was pay the bill that she didputed with her bank. I Stayed and still bought a phone even after this because The Represantative treated us Great Thank you for my Iphone :) and im glad i was there at witnessed all this. View on Google

Have been a long time Boost Mobile customer for years now, and needed to get a new phone, as I had cracked the glass on the current one I was using. This store has great customer service and a great selection of phones. Genesses was very helpful, very informative and helped me get my new phone that day. Fast and efficient, she got me taken care of, even started the transfer of information from my old phone onto the new one. I love my new phone, and I am a very satisfied customer, and if I have any issues, I will definitely go back to this store again. View on Google
