We walked into the mall, passing by the ghost of Sears and the food court featuring a wide selection of one Aunt Anne's pretzel shop. Coins were throwing themselves in the wishing fountain trying to get some kids to take them anywhere but here. There, between a lonely Spencer's and 12 empty spots where businesses used to pretend to thrive was our goal: Boost Mobile, the only cell provider brave enough to endure Mall Manager extortion and the wails of mall walkers who look more like the walkers Rick Grimes buries hatchets in. After confirming he was alive and not the spirit of a former Sprint Employee, Collin helped me set my friend up with a new phone through the magic of technology and the whims of the prepaid gods. All said and done, after giving 2 coins to the ferryman escorting all the servers from Garfields over to Applebee's in the neighboring lot, we waved goodbye to our new friend, Collin, and hoped he would get to see at least one or two more actual humans before the entire building is condemned. Not by the city, but by GAWD.
But yeah, Collin is awesome. 10/10, would recommend.

Tiffany is such an amazing CSR. I don't think I have ever met a manager that was so knowledgeable about the products, plans, and deals available. When assisting with the switch from my previous plan, Tiffany made it an efficient and painless process. Boost Mobile has really helped us by making so many options available and not pressuring us into something we didn't want or need. We should have switched sooner.

I came in extremely frustrated and wanted to switch! Tiffany calmed me down and made me fall back in love with boost. I walked out with more phones than I came in with. She made sure everything worked and my son has an email now with a new phone. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! Handssssss down will ALWAYS COME BACK TO THIS BOOST! SHE NEEDS A RAISE!

Collin is always helpful and is the only representative I have ever went to that doesn't make you stay hours to get what needs to be done, done. I was able to buy two phones and activate in less than an hour. His knowledgeable and can answer questions about each phone. A separate time he was able to get service on a phone for my daughter in 15 minutes. I hear everyone else talking at work about spending 2 hours at a cellular place this is truly not a problem I have anymore.
