*A MUST READ* Left 5 stars cause I had a fantastic experience with the 2 ladies I dealt with at the time of my upgrade and purchase. I could not have been helped more but my previous visit was an absolute disgrace. The so called “District” manager named Makenzie I believe made me walk out of the store. She was rude and completely disrespectful to me as a customer in every way. I previously filed a claim which she somehow could not find and tried to over charge me for my upgrade. I have been with boost mobile for more than 10 years and dealing with her almost made me want to throw up in my mouth. She gave me every bad vibe a person could receive including not wanting to be there. The fact that she is in a leadership position needs to be reexamined. Dani is another manager and is absolutely incredible with customer service. I highly recommend that they switch roles so that the district manager can learn a thing or two. Thank you for Dani!
