Stacy was great. She walked us through a phone number that wouldn't port, as well as our need to have a phone that could be used overseas. She gave us her full attention while also working with the other customers that came in. It was a long process, but Stacy stuck with us and when we left, we had all our questions answered, a new phone, and the confidence that we were well taken care of. Because of Stacy, we are very happy with our Boost experience.

My fiancé recently lost her phone. She went to a Hagerstown boost mobile to purchase a new phone. One we've been to before. She was told that she needed a 4-digit code to get into her account. She provided it and they said it didn't work and there was NOTHING they could do to help. Even telling her she needed to go figure it out herself. This brings me to Jen at the Waynesboro, Pa. store. After explaining to her the situation, she wasn't sure if she could help because we were never in that store before. But she said she would try. We gave her the SAME 4-digit code that was given to the Hagerstown store, and it brought her account up right away. So, either the Hagerstown employees didn't know their job or didn't want to do it. Jen was the complete opposite. She knew what she was doing and more importantly she cared. She saved us a ton of aggravation. She is amazing. And because of her, that will be our new store for anything we need!
