I've been with Boost a long time. I've typically had horrible luck at the stores trying to get something changed & much better luck with Boost's customer service help. Well, not this time. The customer service was the worst I had ever experienced - just trying to add a line to my family plan & they were unable to do that for me, even after escalating to multiple supervisors.
So I went to this store, which incidentally, was the only store out of 5 that answered when I called. Store was empty, so no waiting. Oven was the only one there, & he was able to help me, & much to my surprise, rather easily too. Good guy, thanks again, Oven!
