Out of a lifetime of dealing with mobile providers, I have found a jewel in one. Boost Mobile has made a difficult time , easier and more comfortable with the addition of the W 336 Loop office. In particular a wonderful CSR named Sofia. We may have spent a couple of hours there to remedy a bad situation of first troubleshooting my phone and eventually replacing it. But it was time well spent and made easier by Sofia. What a wonderful employee to have representing Boost Mobile. She was so helpful and comforting during a stressful moment for my wife and I. I would recommend this location to friends and family to visit of all the locations locally, by far. Absolutely 5 stars worthy. View on Google
