Cassandra was very helpful and patient, I was dealing with issue with porting my number from MetroPCS and she helped me throughout the whole process and figured out the very last issue that was inhibiting my service from working(all while helping another customer in store with a new line activation and answering the stores phone!!) This girl needs a raise!
