My friend had a very old phone that barely worked and I kept telling him to upgrade, and then he dropped it and that was the end of it! I was so glad! We tried reaching out to his provider and they really had no good programs for him to get a free phone (he is a senior and on a very limited budget) and that's when I started searching for a new company.
