The store owner, Filipe - was very nice and able to get me into a brand new phone - with just an hour before his scheduled closing time this past Monday night - after I inadvertently stepped on my old phone and shattered the screen. He also transferred all the apps and data from the old phone onto the new device. This was a bit of a crisis situation for me, because I work remotely from home for a company on the East Coast - which starts its work day at around 6 a.m. here in Colorado - when I typically access the company's networks through my phone's mobile hotspot - that had of course become suddenly inaccessible on the old phone with the shattered screen. Thanks to Filipe, I was able to start my work day with a new phone - and working hotspot - on-time at 6 a.m. sharp, Tuesday morning. Filipe really did save the day - and the entire work week for that matter. Now, today being Sunday - I went back to Filipe's store and bought a whole bunch of accessories for yet a another phone I since purchased on Saturday - to serve as emergency backup in case there may ever again be any future mishaps with the new primary phone - particularly if while away on business travel. Was happy to see Filipe again and definitely recommend him - and his Boost Mobile store. Am even considering going back again in a few weeks to get Boost's Xfinity Home Internet and supporting device he described, for a more capable unlimited data set-up for the house 🏡.
