Just wanted to thank Stan of the Boost Mobile Store for helping me transitioning my mobile service from Xfinity to Boost Mobile yesterday. There were several technical issues unrelated to the service but despie that he was a pleasure to deal with and stayed on the phone with Boost customer service and escalated the matter until resolved. He was calm, professional and very kind. I am very happy about the change, not just because of the better rates and plan but because Stan made it possible, as probably most people would not have been as effective and professional as he was and I would have left the store.
