    I had to replace my Moto phone 1 week ago so I went to the Boost Mobile store on N Broadway in Chicago. After waiting 30 mins, I asked the gentleman behind the desk for assistance. He gave me about 2 minutes, including the wrong information about a phone on display. I could not understand what he was saying. He seemed much more concerned about talking to the strange guy outside who handed something over to him. I had enough so I thought I'd tried 1 more store on Western Ave. I saw the sign outside, stating New Management so I thought I'd give it a try, again. After receiving the worst customer servive ever on Broadway, I now received the BEST service ever from Lilly at this store. She was very personable, attentive, knowledgeable, and sold me my new Moto 2025. It took her no time to transfer the information from my damaged phone. She also answered all my questions about the change over and told me to call back should I have any issues. 5 stars for her service! I will return. Maria S. View on Google

    I had been trying to switch from carrier A to Carrier B and both of those carriers made the switch very difficult. Carrier A was trying keep my phone hostage even though I had paid it off in full. I went to this boost mobile location and Lilly was understanding, patient, and very helpful. I walked out with a new phone and a new much better and much more affordable plan, as a very happy customer. if you ever have any cell phone needs, this is the store to go to, and Lilly is the best!
