    I have to Give credit where it’s deserved and let me say that Your representative Ricardo at this location gives Amazing Customer service. It’s very rare now a days to get great customer service, Ricardo definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. It’s been a few times that I needed some help with my device and Ricardo always manages to solve the problem. Just yesterday I came for a device and I had issues over night, I came right the next morning and Ricardo like always solved the problem within minutes. For any new upcoming customers….     The receptionist named Ricardo provided an AMAZING customer service experience for me it was my first time taking out a plan and phone under my name unaware of the process he guided to me step by step of the info and how to make my payment act.     Rick is a LIFE saver…I came in literally with 20mins to spare. He was able to help me purchase a new phone, which I definitely didn’t intend on when coming in, but desperately needed one.
