Exceptional Customer Service

The store is small but very well lit, clean, and organized. We were greeted immediately by both Mike and Neil. Both of whom are very relaxed and friendly but professional. My daughter was getting her own phone and account. Neil took extremely good care of her. Explained all options available to her in detail. Neil is also over another location of which he kept getting calls but he was able to seamlessly and expediently take care of both at once. I didn't expect the thoroughness or professionalism we received just based on a previous experience with another Boost location years ago. I expected for them to try and take her for a ride. HOWEVER, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. We were both treated very well and taken care of. I will definitely be back. If you're in need of a new plan or phone or just tired of your current service, go see. Neil and Mike at this location and from what I understand, boost is surpassing T-Mobile and Verizon anyway right now and they have some pretty good deals. Thanks guys 💛
