New service was needed, Michelle did a great job even on getting Verizon's Phone Number Lock unlocked on my unlocked phone when I brought my own phone to Verizon. Absolutely not happy with Verizon answers to issues when already knowing pretty much what the responses should have been and were anything but and even included an upsell offer that benefitted Verizon not me. Michelle was pleasant, approachable, knowledgeable, caring, supportive, knew just what to do each step of the way, didn't get rattled at all and she made simple what Verizon made difficult! Couldn't ask for a better employee or experience! Highly recommend Boost and their employee's, too, especially Michelle! And an added bonus is the cost savings for the same exact service! So glad Verizon helped lose a loyal customer, me, with their unacceptable do nothing to help answers. They did me a favor. The stress it caused is gone and my phone is working as intended. Didn't even need an appointment, just walked in and GOT EXCELLENT service!!! Thank You Michelle and Boost! HIGHLY recommend Michelle and Boost!
