Addy was extremely helpful. There were a lot of issues I didn’t know how to do and he did fix them all. He also taught this old lady a lot as well. He was very patient and very kind. He even kept my trade in phone until the next day so I could make sure everything had transferred and over before he sent the old phone off. I’m extremely grateful for his professionalism and extended help that I needed.
