I have a boost mobile customer for over 15 years and I typically get my phone orded from boost online services because of the cost difference. I visited the store in person and met a sales representative in store and told her about the online offer I was quoted and said I rather get the sales price boost quoted.savanah was my representative and she was very knowledgeable and did everything in her power to aid my request that online quoted. As a long term customer of boost and because of savanah excellent customer service and professional demeanor she won me over as a customer for life. I just came in to store on May 27, 2026 to get a new phone. I came in with a broken debit card and I wasn't sure I was going to be able I was going to be able to walk out with a phone but Jose worked his magic and ended up helping me setup my card digitally to make a payment. He really just goes out of his way to help you and I see him treating every customer that walks in here that same way.
