Boost mobile is okay as far as the service goes. However, do not ever get their insurance. It's a scam.
I have the motorola flip five. Do not buy this phone with boost. Let me explain 4 months after purchasing this phone. The main screen went out.
I had to use the cover screen which is a nightmare! You can't really do much with it.for 6 months I HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS PHONE USING THE COVER SCREEN.
Tried to make a claim through their insurance. And guess what you have to send it away mail and wait for it to come back in the mail. That's right. You have to wait for them to send you the proper packaging, which will take about 2 or 3 days, 2 or 3 days to go back to where it's going to be repaired. And about another week and a half to get it back. Again scam!
It is their only option, and I'll tell you why? Because they know if you have to mail away your phone, they're gonna get less claims.
Throughout my service period I spent a hundred and fifty dollars on insurance that I could not even use. If you use your phone for work, do not go with boost. You will be stuck with a broke phone. Until you buy another one or do what I did and just went with another carrier. And transferred my number over.
This is in no way, a reflection of the person who helped me at boost. Nor the store as She was genuinely kind. And this is why I gave your store five stars.
.........BUT...........
Hey, boost, get it together when somebody signs up for your service. offer them an insurance company that actually will fix their phone at a walk in repair shop or kiosk. Like every other cellphone company.
"WE AINT GOT TIME FOR ALL THAT"
