Being a satisfied Boost customer for over 10 years and visiting several stores, I must recommend if you need in store service, please consider stopping by the Winchester Mall Boost Mobile store. The customers service is awesome. Both Alisha and Sean were so polite and very professional. They were helpful in finding the perfect upgrade. As Alisha was reviewing my account to see what kind of upgrade I was qualified for, she informed that my new $200 phone would be $15, I was shocked and grateful. Just two weeks earlier I was in a different Boost Mobile store and was inquiring about an upgrade on my account and was told that I had a 50% discount on a new phone. So thank you Alisha for your honesty and my new phone. So if you're reading reviews to consider becoming a Boost Mobile customer or are one and thinking about upgrading, consider this store.
