I went to Boost for 2 reasons, 1. To get assistance with fixing a problem I caused on my phone and 2. To purchase and activate another phone. Let me just say that this experience was by far the best experience I've had at this location. Previous experiences were pushing me towards not only no longer going to this location but also switching providers completely. Even though Carlos wasn't able to help with my first problem, he offered different solutions, including pointing me in the direction of someone who could help. As for my second reason for going, he was able to offer me a deal on accessories for my new phone and helped me with picking the best plan options for what I needed the phone. Which I planned to use while traveling outside the country. Needless to say, his customer service skills exceeded my expectations, especially for this location. And with how busy it got, I appreciated the fact that he listened to what I needed and helped me on the spot without the need to go back. Thank you so much for the help. Oh, the only bad thing for those who drive is the parking, when it's busy, finding where to park can be very difficult. View on Google
