If you're getting a new phone and a new number, you're all set — we'll activate everything right here while you're in store. Just walk out ready to go.
Want to keep your current number? We can do that too. Bring your latest bill from your previous carrier — it usually has everything we need: account number, account owner's name, billing address, and your number transfer (Port-Out) PIN. Can't find it? Come in anyway and our team will help you track it down.

Here's what helps us get you set up quickly:
Check that your device is compatible — Most phones released in the last 5 years work just fine. If you've got a newer, unlocked phone, you're set. Examples include iPhone XR or newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer, Galaxy Z Flip or Z Fold or newer, and Google Pixel 5 or newer.
Make sure your device is unlocked — Phones are usually locked to the carrier you bought them from for a set period, or until the device is paid off. Not sure? Bring it in and we'll help you check.

The screen of my Apple Watch came off today and I was really upset since I need it and did not want to spend $300+ on a new one. Before actually going to the store I wanted to check if there is a way to fix it. It was working just fine, just the screen detached. I found Boost Mobile 3 minutes away from my house and decided to go there. The gentleman helping (unfortunately did not ask his name) helped me out and did not even charge for it. Turned out it was a simple issue. I was so relieved and happy and if I have any issues I will be coming only here! Kind people like him make this world better!

I needed to change service carriers and get a new phone. Pedro helped me find a phone and a plan that fit my needs with no pressure. He also helped transfer my data to the new phone which I appreciated. One additional comment, staffing is limited and the store can get busy, so I recommend you try to come during the day in the middle of the week if you can.
