Want to keep your current number? We can do that too. Bring your latest bill from your previous carrier — it usually has everything we need: account number, account owner's name, billing address, and your number transfer (Port-Out) PIN. Can't find it? Come in anyway and our team will help you track it down.

Stop by today and we'll get your new phone up and running before you leave.

Paying your Boost Mobile bill is simple. Choose the option that works best for you:

• Pay in Store — Stop by and let our team help you in person. Quick, easy, and face-to-face.

• Pay in the App — Manage your bill anytime in the Boost Mobile app.

• Pay by Phone — Call Customer Care at (833) 502-6678 and we'll take care of the rest.

• Set Up AutoPay — Never miss a payment. Set up AutoPay in store or at boostmobile.com.

Already have a phone? Bring it in and we'll walk you through activation together. Before you start, make sure your device is updated to the latest software.

Here's what helps us get you set up quickly:

• Check that your device is compatible — Most phones released in the last 5 years work just fine. If you've got a newer, unlocked phone, you're set. Examples include iPhone XR or newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer, Galaxy Z Flip or Z Fold or newer, and Google Pixel 5 or newer.

• Make sure your device is unlocked — Phones are usually locked to the carrier you bought them from for a set period, or until the device is paid off. Not sure? Bring it in and we'll help you check.

• Keeping your current number? Bring your latest bill from your previous carrier — it usually has everything we need: account number, account owner's name, billing address, and your number transfer (Port-Out) PIN. Can't find it? Come in anyway and our team will help you track it down.

• Download the Boost Mobile app — We can help you get it set up while you're here.

When you're ready, just stop by and we'll activate your service on the spot. Prefer to do it yourself? You can also visit boostmobile.com/start or call our activation specialists at (866) 957-8278.
