    I walked in, only wanting to know when my next bill payment was & walked out with an upgraded phone, case for the phone, a Bluetooth speaker. they also went & installed a glass screen protector, too I have never been so satisfied with a phone company...     So I do have to say that the word “Amazing” falls short compared to the type of excellent service at this location both of the representatives there are very kind and very knowledgeable in everything they do . Plus their customer service is unique . They will give you the hook up with everything you need and even the things you didn’t know you could afford with their help.     I had an amazing experience with Andrea at Boost on Old Hammond Hwy! She is truly the GOAT 🐐 when it comes to customer service. My phone screen was completely broken, and I was stressed about transferring everything from my Apple account but she was able to connect iCloud accounts on bluetooth from my car with a broken screen! Andrea handled it like a pro! She is extremely knowledgeable about the devices and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Not only did she get me set up with a new phone, but she also strategically worked everything out to keep me within my budget (which I really appreciated!). On top of that, she hooked me up with a great deal on accessories—everything I needed in one stop. If you go to Boost, ASK FOR ANDREA.
