He was very patient with great customer service and he also helped me transfer all my info and apps from an android to iPhone. This experience today with Juan has been the best one I have ever had since I have been associated and doing business with BOOST MOBILE! Juan went over and beyond, I can not say enough how much I appreciate everything he did for both myself and my boyfriend today inside of the store. These things are time consuming and he made every second so peaceful and made the process so easy for us. Juan went over everything and explained the process to us and didn’t complicate things. He took his time is super thorough! He did everything and didn’t make us feel like it was all on us and basically did it all!!! We have dealt with Juan on another occasion as well, a couple of years ago, so when we walked in we knew this was going to go well and she we leave everything would be done correctly. What a great guy! Very professional and personable! If there were more employees like Juan things in this world and at businesses would go a whole lot smoother. A. I. Ibrahim did a terrific job! My phone was on its last legs (my bad!) and he showed me all of the possibilities. I bought a new one on the spot, plus accessories. Then he did a great job transferring all my stuff while still helping people who came in to make 2 quick small purchases He is very personable and is a great salesperson without being pushy.
