    I absolutely hate buying new phones as I have had numerous bad experiences with Metro PCS. So when I walked into Paula's store to see if I could update my Android OS, he explained the source of all the Metro issues I had been having and told me about all of their recent store closures. She sold me on a new phone and plan in the most relaxed way possible. I didn't say much during our interaction as I was always waiting for the penny to drop and for her to tell me that there was some software issue that would prevent me from easily accessing one of the aps I use. However, nothing like that happened. Paula was extremely patient with me. We encountered a few minor hic-ups while porting my data to my new phone but she managed everything very calmly. Even when the set-up was complete, and I wanted to make certain I had no problems logging into these aps from the new device, she was perfectly accommodating. She told me to take all the time I needed and said if anything arose later just to call her at the store and we could walk through it together. My experiences at Metro PCS were nothing like this. They made me feel like I was giving them a problem (on multiple occasions) every time I cam in for service. Paula is aces. Go see her. View on Google

    I came into Boost and I could not believe Paula was still here! SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL TO ME EVERY TIME I CAME INTO THIS METRO STORE. I LOVE IT WHEN SHE WAS WITH METRO AND NOW I AM THINKING OF COMING TO BOOST AND CALLED UP A FRIEND TO COME UP AND GET A PHONE TODAY FROM PAULA AT BOOST! Paula is the BIGGEST HELP!
