I normally don't write up reviews, but when I went to this location to get a phone and a new plan this man was very helpful, and nice to my mother. When I took my phone back home I compromised my phone by getting a virus off of a website and had to go back the next day. Again he was very helpful to my mom and I, and got me all set and out the door with a working phone. His name was Ace and I will be coming to this store from now on for everything I need. Sal and made my day today and it was hard to do because my car broke down & my phone was taken all within an hour! These guys up here deserve a fat raise for their customer service skills!!!! Plus they truly generally seem to care about their customers and show a lot of empathy and understanding for just how life can go wrong and they understand that they have the unique opportunity, considering our phones these days hold so much control of our lives and when Aunt says his loss as humans can seem like they are just grasping at anything to try to make things right lol they didn’t see me as another dollar bill and they made that clear through their actions.
