    Michael area manager Okay little story was an optimum member of 4 years mobile and internet. My coworker was telling about his phone deal at boost mobile and I was in need of a replacement. Called optimum for a transfer code and the information that I needed to switch carriers. This was an hour and a half phone call they transferred me after turning down all their offers and rinse and repeat until I got to the final boss of them making offers and said no and no to them. Finally I’m at the boost store and still on the phone. I asked Micheal for help on the phone and optimum freaked out finally giving me the codes I needed then proceeded to cancel my service for no reason I only asked for transfer codes anyways very crazy to me horrible experience from optimum. Thank you to the area manager Micheal for helping me out and being awesome got in and out in 15 minutes with a new phone and everything working as should be. View on Google
