I have been locked down from my iPhone for over two weeks due to misplaced equipment from my carrier T-Mobile , Who raised my bill at $800! I explained the situation, in which I was hospitalized, and the equipment got stuck in the trunk of my ex-fiancés car. They locked me out of my phone and locked me out of receiving any SMS codes so I could not link to Uber or Lyft the only way I can get around. If it wasn't for Boost Mobile, esp sales rep Toffee Klotz, I would still be getting stranded on streets at night unable to come home. She sent me up with a great new Samsung; New Phone Number and helped me link up to Uber and LYFT and now I am no longer in danger and I am no longer in the total chaos and stress of being locked out of your smart phone, which is Our lifeline now.
